STEP-BY-STEP BUYING PROCESS
We make buying a prefab cabin easy by walking with you through every single step.
SELECT FLOORPLAN
& OPTIONS
During the initial consultation, our team will help you choose the right size and layout for your tiny home needs, and determine if you need any upgrades to our already epic base package.
1. Choose your layout and style
If you have not decided on a cabin series, we can help you decide what is best for your needs before buying a prefab cabin. We will start by asking you questions about how many bedrooms you need, how much square footage is needed, and what type of designs you like. You can browse through our floor plans or we can work together to create a unique layout.
2. Choose major upgrades
Westwood Cabins are not stripped-down models. We include everything you need to make a prefab cabin a home. However, there may be some upgrades that would make your home just a little sweeter. Here are some popular upgrades.
- Mini split HVAC system
- Granite or quartz countertops
- Metal roof (with color options!)
- Built-in porch
- Interior loft space
- Farmhouse sink
Upgrade to granite or quartz countertops, sink & faucet designs and more!
