Employee
Westwood employees nominate each other for a "Caught You Caring" recognition when they are observed going above and beyond the normal call of duty in exemplifying our Core Values. We also recognize birthdays and anniversaries.
Family
We host several family events throughout the year to bring our families together and provide a time of rest and fun. We also help each other when needs arise-through donations or lending a helping hand. When needs arise, your work family has your back.
Community
We support local organizations by donating time and/or labor to building and construction products. Here are a few organizations we've helped recently.
