The Westwood Cabins Studio home was designed as an efficient tiny-home living space to serve as a guest house and vacation rental. With a little over 300 square feet, it boasts a cozy loft, cute porch, kitchenette and full bathroom.
This quaint modern cottage in Greenville, SC was one of Westwood's first builds. It sits adjacent to the owner's primary home, so matching the modular home to the existing house was critical.
THE ULTIMATE GUEST HOUSE
This Studio showcase home was built for an oasis from the hustle and bustle of life. The customer loved red cabinets, so a theme was born and carried throughout. The kitchen includes kitchen cabinets, a small sink, and an opening for an under-the-counter appliance. With 5 windows on 3 sides, fresh air from the nearby woods fills this home on mild weather days. Two sleeping spaces were created using the loft area and a pull-out sofa in the living area. A full bathroom gives guests their own space and privacy.
